Our holiday rentals are located in the High Aosta Valley or more precisely on the Italian side of Mont Blanc, the zone called Valdigne, including the towns: Courmayeur, Pré -Saint- Didier, Morgex, La Thuile and La Salle.
This zone is the true paradise for the real lovers of mountain and mountain life. In the range of 15 km one can find some of the most beautiful mountains all over the world, enjoy skiing, biking, simple walking, paragliding, playing golf or just go shopping in the wonderful streets of Courmayeur, sunbathing in one of the numerous refuge or maybe at the edge of a warm swimming pool, or even better in the lovely outdoor pools of the Thermal Spa Center of Pré- Saint-Didier.
The Valdigne is at the corner between three nations and border crossings; this area does not only offer the spectacular itineraries during the summer, but is an opportunity for an easy access to the wonderful towns north of the Alps, first of all, the international icon of the European Alps, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Terms and Payments
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Charges and Linnen
Final cleaning, water, electricity and heating fee are included in the price. Also are bed sheets and towels (set of 2 per person).
Prepayment / Deposit
If booking through the website system, usually no prepayment is due. Free cancellation is possbile until 2 days before check-in.
The payment of a deposit (of 30% of the price of the reservation ) is required only:
- for reservation of the following period of the year: August, New Year and February
- for stay longer than 8 nights
Arrival Confirmation
If your reservation doesn’t require a prepayment, you are asked to confirm your reservation at least 2 days before check-in. If we won’t be able to contact you at all, the reservation will be considered invalid and the booking canceled.
Animals
with polite owners are very welcome. A supplement may be required. We kindly ask you to warn us of their presence in advance.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: from 15.00 to 20.00. Afterwards, we can organize a self check-in.
Check-out: to 10.00
(check in / out times are flexible, but always in accordance with the needs of all the guests who have stayed / will stay before / after you)
Payment
Payment is due upon check-in
We accept cash, con bank transfer, Pay Pal or Debit/Credit Card.
Turist tax is due upon arrival in cash.
Children and Extra Beds
If needed, a cradle/baby bed is available. The extra cost is 10 € (una tantum).
Babies who sleep in the bed with their parents stay for free.
Some Homes (La Cincia and Chalet Berlot) have the availability of an extra bed. La Cincia has a comfortable sofa-bed. Chalet Berlot has a single foldaway bed, under the sofa.
Heating
Please note that the heating system is regulated on 21° C (about 69,8° F) in compliance, beyond wisdom, with the Italian law (DPR 142 26 August 1993). The same temperature is kept all year long, even in summer, which can be rather cold here in the Mountains.
